In the midst of continuous improvement and meeting objectives within the product teams, I lead my team to ask the question, “what could the app be 3-5 years from now?” We began to look at areas that YouVersion is unique among all the other Bible Apps, pain points that users are having, and how we could deliver the most enriching experience. We worked on personas and journey mapping, updating the app architecture, helping people get engaged with a daily habit, and delivering the most personalized and relevant content.
